Terms & Conditions

General

• The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Visitors are to remove and secure all loose and sharp belongings. (All belongings should be kept in their locker).

• Only for 7 years old and above.
• Children aged 7 to 10 years old, must be accompanied by an adult.
• Helmets and Gloves are mandatory for children.
• Visitors suffering from heart conditions, spinal problems, any other serious medical, mental, or contagious conditions should not ride. This ride is not suitable for less able-bodied persons. Expectant mothers should not ride.
• Visitors under the strong influence of alcohol may not be allowed on the ride.
• No photography or videography is allowed during the ride.
• Due to the design of the slide width, it may not be possible for persons of certain sizes to ride.
• No photography or videography is allowed during the ride.

• Children must be above 0.9m to enjoy the Bumper Car ride.
• Children between 0.9m to 1.2m must be accompanied by an adult above 1.2m in the same car.
• Each car can take a total of 2 passengers (maximum combined weight of 200kgs).
• Visitors suffering from heart conditions, spinal problems, any other serious medical, mental or contagious conditions should not ride. This ride is not suitable for less able-bodied persons. Expectant mothers should not ride.
• Visitors under the strong influence of alcohol may not be allowed on the ride.
• Long hair should be secured.
• Visitors are to always remain seated and keep seat belt on during the ride. Do not stand up until the bumper car stops. Do not stretch out arms or legs or lean out.
• No photography or videography is allowed during the ride.
• Due to the design of the seats and safety harnesses, it may not be possible for persons of certain sizes to ride.
• The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whom is given reasonable cause to believe may prejudice the safety of the ride.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Science Centre Singapore (SCS). SCS reserves the right to reject any order.

SCS and its employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury (unless such death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of SCS or its employees), loss or damage however caused while in the venue nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation but subject to cancellation or postponement of the event. Any other refunds shall be made only at SCS’s discretion.

1. NO EXCHANGE of tickets/membership will be made under any circumstances and tickets/membership cards are not transferable.
2. NO REFUND / UPGRADE / DOWNGRADE of tickets/membership will be made under any circumstances. Tickets can be refunded only when subject to below “Refund” section.
3. Please bring along NRIC for verifications upon entry for Singapore citizen / PR tickets.
4. The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
5. Identity cards (and other discount cards where applicable) must be shown for ticket verification at entry points.
6. SCS reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
7. SCS may add, withdraw or vary advertised event/movie showtimes, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
8. SCS may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
9. SCS may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event/movie due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
10. The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
11. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
12. Singapore law shall govern the sale of all tickets and customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
13. SCS reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of promotions & discounts without any prior notice.

Science Centre Singapore and Group of Attractions Admission Ticket:

• Valid for one (1) guest only.
• Last entry to our attractions is 45 minutes before session end time. Please arrive early if you plan to visit multiple attractions.
• SCS will not be responsible for unauthorised duplication, lost or stolen e-tickets.

Refund (Event / Movie Cancellation by SCS Prior to Performance):

1. If an event/movie is postponed or cancelled by SCS, SCS will endeavour to inform the customer via telephone or email where possible. Any refund made by SCS shall be in accordance with the price paid by the ticket holder for the ticket. SCS shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the paid amount under any circumstances.
2. In the event of cancellation by SCS, all tickets purchased using credit cards shall be refunded back to the same credit cards. Refund will not be entertained if customer does not claim the refund within 1 month from the date of cancellation.
